Daily UI 7: Settings Screen

For today's design challenge I reimagined my own app's settings screen to add a little bit of motion to it. So when you scroll down the settings wheel moves in clockwise direction and but when you scroll up, it'll move in anti-clockwise direction, there's also a bit of rubber banding support so it's a more natural movement for the settings wheel and it snaps into place along with the scroll view.
