Understanding how a user interacts with your digital product throughout the ideal journey is important for planning and developing features. This user journey map was created to visualize the typical journey of a construction hiring manager using the Tradeworthy Jobs app. Creating this map helped us prioritize prototype screens and identify all the pieces of this process.
