Noma

Rene Redzepi is the Danish chef and mastermind behind the success of Noma, a Michelin star award winning restaurant located in Copenhagen. He consistently pushes the boundaries of Scandinavian cuisine, predominantly associated with putting the genre on the food map. Redzepi’s dishes are not only distinctively delicious, they are also visually alluring. In this catalog I used white space abundantly to allow his cuisine room to breathe and captivate. The main focus was on the beauty of the photography, with additional organic spot illustrations to highlight particular ingredients.
