Tribute to Monument Valley

This is a kind of master study of Monument Valley, but their striking isometric style is something I've long adored. I used their art as reference, mostly eyeballing it, to get a better grasp of isometric illustration in Illustrator, by making my own grid and using various methods to emulate the 3D effect. I have been wanting to do more digital/isometric illustrations for a while and will certainly continue to experiment.
