Ecommerce UI Kit Product Page

New year, new client project.

I was approached mid-December for this project and it's a little bit different to what I'd usually do.

Instead of being hired to put a design together for an e-commerce website, this project is actually to design an e-commerce Sketch UI kit.

The entire Sketch file is put together using nested symbols so the team can easily go in and update colours, type etc. and it'll update across the entire Sketch file.

Taking this approach meant I needed to have a really solid foundation set up, from various text styles, colours, icons, form fields and buttons.

Although the Sketch file is just a starting point I've used some product information and images from Ikea to show how the components and everything can work together to create something that looks like it's been designed.

This is the first-page template I've put together so I'll share more updates on other pages soon.
