Beta Communication Chart

I don't think there is an industry term for something like this but I call it a Communication Chart. Anyway, it's a flow chart I make to map out when and how I want the user and the end user (we have two users) to receive communications.

This is to make sure the development team (and I) cover our bases and make sure certain events are triggering certain messages.

I am very careful about closing communications loops. I hate sloppy work, so I put together things like this to make sure no one on the team misses anything.

What's in the screenshot is an older snapshot of the project so I attached a couple of the more updated docs so you can see it in detail.
