Feminist Bookcase: set 2/2

Set 2/2:

An exploration of type, collage elements, and distilling an entire book down to its core, this collection takes on the task of reimagining six book covers. All written by women and found on my living room bookcase, these books represent an intentional move to recognize more female authors and share the stories of women throughout history. Each cover represents the essence of the author's narrative, some showcase my own playful interpretations, and others depict recognizable artifacts or personas. By playing with color, texture, and type, each individual book comes alive. Yet through that same design system, threads of continuity ultimately hold the collection together.
