Organize pinned (animated)

This is how a user edits the layout of the pinned view section. Users can easily add views without editing layout, but if they want to modify how cards are organized both in and across up to four pages.

An example of when that might be helpful is if a user has two different projects they are tracking. Page one of pinned views could be for the first project, and page 2 could be for the second. Edit mode is how they organize their views to reflect that.
