Branding stuff for a flexible packaging printing company.

Being a narrow-web packaging printer, I knew they wanted to prioritize color capabilities in their marketing stuff, along with being able to handle short runs effectively -
So I chose those awesome looking, multi-colored tree frogs as a sort of mascot for the company to use as a recurring decorative motif in their branded materials, including website.

I thought it a fitting representation for a small company determined to create vibrant printed imagery on a small Servo press, since a tree frog itself is quite small and it's skin has pigments covering almost the whole color spectrum, without looking garish. Plus, frogs are kEwL.
And the implication of "natural" wasn't a bad thing either - a packaging printer must attain to certain food safety standards, for obvious reasons.

Apparently, the choice was successful - using images of tree frogs through the branded materials got positive comments from customers and others. An easy and powerful way to catch the viewer's eye.

Considered using a mandarin duck instead, early on. Which is also very interestingly colored. Kermit won.
