User Management Config - KYC

System admin managing the platform configuration and documents and review the provided requests:
KYC passed - all provided information is approved and verified.
KYC failed - the user will receive an email stating that he/she has failed the KYC process. Admin will send the email describing the reason why the KYC process has failed.
