Movability Index

This is an unused concept (maybe one day it'll be picked up again!) for a site that determines the 'movability' of an area you'd like to relocate to. You plug in where you want to go, what loan you're looking for, and your credit score and then loan rates in that area pops up as well as monthly payment. There are some more details to be hashed out for sure (ex: down payment), but I think it's off to a great starting point.
