Letter to Learn

A little while ago I attended the Night of a Thousand Drawings event at Vega in Durban. It was my second time going since I first went around the same time last year, and thankfully this time I felt a little more at ease. Being a bit more confident in my work helped with that. The purpose of the event was to get as many people to draw on anything with anything (as long as it was A5 size). All the artworks would then be auctioned off to help fund someone to study at Vega.

While I didn't study there, I thought this was really cool and decided to illustrate “Letter to Learn” as a tribute to my lettering playing a part in allowing someone to learn. A proud contribution, I thought.
