My beef with all the resume templates out there is that they haven't considered their target market. They often design these templates in design programs that only designers have. IMO designers are the last people who need to buy a template, they should be able to brand themselves. Lets think about who needs help and who would search for a resume template

The target persona for these templates would be people who are near the design process, but do not design things themselves. A project manager is a great example because they have seen the value of design thinking but don't have the adobe suite or sketch. But they do have google slides/keynote/powerpoint.

Designing with these constraints has been interesting and I'm looking for different ways to reach out to personas like this after I build out a few more templates.
