Keir Ansell(Dot)Com 3.0 Shot Blog Footer

This is the footer for the Blog page.
It will contain the categories, and archives as well as a small about section, linking to the about page.
I toyed around with how to layout the archives block but figured as it will grow in time, I wanted some form of scrolling element.
I didn't want to use the webkit css scrollbar options as obviously, in IE/Firefox it would revert to the normal ones so decided to implement a Javascript solution and style it to fit in nicely.
