After saw a study, I've detected users are not comfortable navigating CaixaBank web. Also they find to do a transfer is complicated. That's because a bad UI / UX implementation.
After study the current web in search of the most notorious deficiencies and study the competition I've improved said UI / UX design, providing the new proposal with a rewarding solution for the user and having good conversion and an optimal user experience.
