The Future Is Now
It was 1957 and filmmaker Morton Heilig begun testing his own invention, The Sensorama. A combination of a desk with a cabinet that curiously would encase one’s head. Yet instead of book-filled shelves, the cabinet contained screens projecting various angles of the same scene.
Since then 60 years have gone by and Heilig's invention progressed, got much smaller and got a much catchier name - VR.
