Sinulog Heat

Sinulog Festival is the grandest and the oldest festival in the Philippines. It is celebrated during 3rd week of January and the celebration lasts for a week. And on the 3rd Sunday of January, the Sinulog Mardi Gras happens, the most anticipated event by both locals and foreigners visiting to Cebu to witness Sinulog.
