Navigation Guide

This is the only "tutorial" UI in the Landen website editor. It introduces the user to the toolbar icons so that we can rely less on tooltips.

I did not want to add an entire walk-through and generally don't like any sort of UI that needs a tutorial, but in this case we couldn't fit in a full-width sidebar with the labels next to icons.
