New redesign for the properties and contacts section.

The project scope was to design a functional sidebar that has all the actions and main info, and a content section based on tabs for reports, history and tasks.

Reordering our UI enables our users to have the same ui style and the same information order in our web app and in the ios/android app that we just released.
