The app lets users link their bank account and setup different alerts for their account balance & transactions.

For example, a person can set up an alert for low balance and every time his checking account balance goes below the defined threshold, the user will receive an alert via push notification.

If the user is in short of cash, the app will offer the user to take a cash advance on the main screen (which is the screen you should design).
