Typography, bueno? o no bueno?

Is this an amateur style setup for this title? Think it looks good, but feel like its been done and I should get a little more creative.

...but then again, maybe I work for the government and this is perfect! :)

The timeline layout might be "creative" enough. idk. any thoughts? Might need to preview the entire layout to get some good feedback. hmmm.
