Practically invisible to the everyday consumer, Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals has been a part of some of the most monumental events in our recent history – from pivotal advances in medical technology to the materials used to build the Apollo spacecraft. As a leader within a cut-throat industry, Ulbrich needed a business and brand refresh to continue thriving as an industry leader among long-standing giants. We worked to refresh their brand and online presence to better represent their century of experience in a way that could last another 100 years.
I really enjoyed learning about Ulbrich and the inner-workings of their company and industry. Their team took DS on a tour of their factory so we could understand the nitty-gritty of how they operate. As you'll see, their refreshed visual language was entirely inspired by their physical manufacturing process.
