Design Practice: A4 Magazine

Again, I am a big fan of layouts. They are my happy place. This fake magazine titled, "Duluth Bliss" was inspired by my midwest roots and recently having spent a year in the city of Duluth, MN. The cover, ad background, and editor portrait are all stock images purchased in a bundle from Creative Blog. The advertisement was designed for this spread. The clothes in the ad were pulled from a collection of assets for a project assigned to me during a virtual internship. They were assets that I had personally collected for that project. The logo is a vector from Vexel. The Heads Up RC advertisement was designed by me for a client two years ago. The client was placing the ad in a hobby magazine and it was important to them that the ad match the overall look and feel of the magazine and other ads within it. The mockup was found through Mockup.com I believe.
