Workshop Toolkit Card Booklet

Sharing something I worked on for @LinkedIn Design internally with a small team of awesome people! Sprints and workshops at a large-scale company can get tricky. You might have people who who range from inexperienced to experts at workshops. So how do you make EVERYONE feel comfortable with facilitating them and know how to identify when they are needed? LinkedIn now has an internal digital & physical toolkit for designers to leverage resources such as best practices, categories of workshops for guidance, activities and when to use them, templates and more. The coloured cards categorize the types of activities, better correlated with the type of workshop. The toolkit also gives you suggestions on how you can take the different types of activities and string them together into the workshop you desire.

This is only phase one, we're hoping to continue developing this toolkit. Hope this inspires some of you to test out what works best at your company!
