What are you waiting for?

So, I feel that I need to explain a little bit about this image I created. Hope it would make sense to you guys, but anyways, it goes like this; There's some moments in life when you feel like everything around you is moving like a circle and you're the only person standing still. These moments get you wondering what should I change to make it better.
