Edit button for Storyweaver

As part of my internship at @uncommon - I created the wireframe/low fidelity prototype of a mobile app for Storyweaver - an online story-reading platform. The app would also doubled up as a lesson plan creation tool for teachers - who are Storyweaver's intended audience.

This is a persistent floating button in the lesson plan view screen that would allow the user to edit the plan and add new to-do items etc.

Icon design is something of a hobby of mine, and I was slightly inspired by the Material guidelines as you can see in the shadows. I tried to create an icon that was recognisable as "edit" but would also stay true to my own visual style - which is understated and subtle with thick black strokes.
