Cut Out The Poison

This year has been quite the learning curve for me and it certainly has not been easy.

The main thing I will take away from this year is if something is poisonous to you in anyway - CUT IT OUT! This means I will try my damned hardest to cut out poisonous people, negative thoughts and any actions that may cause myself or my family harm.
