Government information and non-emergency services app design for mutual feedback between government and its residents. Featuring issue reporting and updates, news alerts etc.

Reported issues view and issue detail view, featuring a progress timeline for determining the current status.
Any submitted issue is being processed by the government with a custom admin panel where the issues can be delegated to a specific institution/worker for processing. The worker has a standalone service app for giving feedback, when the issue is resolved, thus the reporter receives an update.
