I think most Social, if used badly, are separating mind from body.
You sit with your body on your chair, or standing in some place, or walking but you forgot your body, taking weird postures.

In this shot I've tried a new approach to animation. No plugins, no script, no rigging. Frame to frame inside After Effects. Only little interpolations here :)
