Trondsen Law Logo

Woodrow Trondsen, an attorney I've known since he was my high school Creative Writing teacher, came to me regarding his need for an identity. Having known him for so long, I knew it had to play off of Italy, as he speaks fluent Italian and visits there when he can. Not only that, but a lot of our legal system has Roman influences.

The idea for the archway plays off of Roman archetecture—the arch is the strongest element of it. He loved my idea and decided "Defendere Eos" should be inscribed on the arch because it embodies the whole reason he became a lawyer: To help people.

The full phrase is:
DEFENDERE EOS, QUI NON POSSUNT
“DEFENDING WHO CANNOT DO IT ALONE.”

I designed and developed the website, too ;)
