Find Your People

One of the biggest cultural aspects of GitHub is to seek out people who you can relate to, talk to, create a community and connect them all. As most of the staff is remote-based, this becomes even more important to associate with groups and feel welcomed.

What I've found at GitHub is all these people are my people! From the countless discussions I've had with both legacy and new employees, we share similar values: collaboration, passion, being our best, making an impact and creating!
