Self-help app icon

Self help is an application developed together with the Ministry of Health of Lithuania to help people take care of their mental health individually. To come up with the app icon, I started with playing around with visuals of a hug and a lifebuoy. The end result is an icon that translates calm feeling and communicates the idea of self aid. 🙏
