Working on remote is hard and group calls need a lot of preparation to be effective.

I found it hard to keep conversation human on Slack, because it's easy to interrupt someone or vice-versa — speak and beign heard by people.

The problem gets worse, when the team have to make decision and everyone should be heard. I wish Slack calls could have more interactive features to engage every member of the team.
