I loved getting the chance to work with photographer Heather Troutman (wildgrainphotography.com) again this year on Cocktails & Castoffs Issue 2, and to attend DIG’s annual event where I sampled some of these no-waste recipes from Atlanta chefs. Good thing I only work on projects with my friends, both at work and in freelance, because it’s so much more fulfilling that way 🥕
