Hi_Fi_Wireframe

Hie Everyone,
I've begun the process of hi-fi wireframing a new site for an one the product. These are all based on lo-fi wires that contain the written strategy.

Just creating a path before moving forward towards the right content to add. What problem do you face while doing the wireframe. Are the clients convince about the content after wireframes or before the wireframe?
This may be helpful for the others too while approaching for the Li-Fo or Hi-Fo wireframes.
