Flower Garland

Work in progress for an animated video. I ventured into real watercolours for the first time in ages, and had to create close to 80 different elements to later scan, edit and compose in Photoshop. Some of them turned really nice, some not as espected.

I really enjoyed working with my hands for a change, and not having the option to "ctrl+z" and just let the water and colours decide where to flow.

If I were to do this exercise again, I would definitely choose my swatches more carefully. I feel this piece needs more cohesiveness in therms of colour theme. What do you think?
