Geometric Self Portrait

I used a photograph of myself, trace it with my blob brush in illustrator, and usd both the pen and polygon tools to make he basic shapes before adding color. I was anxious over the idea of trying to do a geometric self portrait as a person with lots of curls, but i feel very happy with the end results.
