Webchat

Webchat is a system that allows the user to communicate with the support team and agents in the contact center industry. Users will be able to chat with the agents in real time to help solve their current issue or resolve any queries.

I played with a light version and a dark version, I found that the light version worked better on most of the web pages.
I was the UI & UX designer working on this project for Zailab.
