Inspiring Tips for new designers

First, I want to say hello to our friends in Bangladesh Dribbble Meetup that is held today.

A few days ago, @Surja Sen Das Raj asked me to give small inspiring tips for new designers who are in the early step of building their design career. So here it is:

Imagine yourself playing an RPG game. You have full control to choose your character. It takes time and hard work to develop this new character into a great one. But with that hard work, you'll develop and learns a new skill!

Along the way, you will struggle but there's always clue around the corner. As in the game you can find some non-playable character who will give you a clue on how to carry on within the game, in real life, this could be other designers. Either those that you look up to or even your friends!

To complete this mission, you need to work by yourself, but in some cases, you will also need to work with a team to defeat the enemy. It has never been easy, so keep the hard work and achieve your goal!
