Chatbot Direct Messaging Concept

The objective was to create a direct messaging system. I decided to create one around using chatbots. I find chatbots pretty useful especially for customer service. Bots can assess initial needs and get customers transferred to the appropriate department.

From this, I thought of adding a chatbox service to an existing app. I created a concept restaurant reserving app inspired around The Fork. When clicking on 'Take My Service', it would directly connect you with a chatbot, but it would seem as if you were chatting with a host at the restaurant. From there, you will be able to get all your questions to reserving a table. It would provide you auto answer to save you time from typing out the message.
