A Quiet Place

I was commissioned to illustrate a piece that would fit either in the science fiction or fantasy realm. I somewhat intertwined the two, leaning heavily toward fantasy. I was given absolute creative liberty outside the genre guidance. I took cues from Moebius, but also charged it with my own voice and approach. The client was pleased with the result.
