Time Scrubber

Finally getting around to uploading a working version of my improved time selection widget or "scrubber." All the data's nested in the field so it takes up only as much vertical space as a standard text input. The built component allows for a default time value, custom increments, and an optional allowed time range. The previous/next arrows can be clicked or tab-targeted and triggered with enter/return, or you can move the center portion with arrows or dragging. It also responsively grows or shrinks horizontally.
