Event versioning exploration, part 2

Exploring ways we can add another layer to the Tracking Plan UI to support event versioning. In this exploration I'm considering leveraging the side-sheet pattern we use throughout Segment and containing all the non-essential details (such as event versions) in said side-sheet.

For context over time our customers make evolve and make changes to some of the events in their tracking plan. This becomes a tricky problem when it involves mobile apps because the reality is a number of their end-users might not have the most recent app version installed.
