Event versioning exploration

Exploring ways we can add another layer to the Tracking Plan UI to support event versions. In this exploration I'm trying out minimal tabs.

For context over time our customers make evolve and make changes to some of the events in their tracking plan. This becomes a tricky problem when it involves mobile apps because the reality is a number of their end-users might not have the most recent app version installed.
