Loading indicator

A small, subtle loading indicator I designed and built for our maps. The amount of data we're pulling into the client on some of these layers can be pretty big, and so we converted a little section of the layer (currently used for "you need to zoom in to see this, or zoom out) to a "status" section.

This lets us communicate to the user that something about that layer is loading, without drawing attention to it (layers resolve after <10s, at which point a user can start navigating towards the data they're looking for before all of it is on screen).

The previous spinners were super distracting, and immediately drew attention.
