Colony Rebranding

The logo is Colony; an abstract representation of a group of individual shapes collaborating within a porous framework to form something greater than the sum of its parts. Colony is an open organization on a mission to open organizations.

Shapes are aligned and symmetrical to suggest cohesion and equality. The negative space between them represent the porous and fluid environment Colony operates within. Within this structure, the shapes organize themselves. The logotype uses a custom alteration of Codec Code Warm and Codec Code Warm.
