Sam's BBQ

I felt compelled to paint and document all the years of patina and character on the outside of Sam’s BBQ after reading that the developers have raised their offer to buy the property from Brian Mays, the 64 year old owner, for $5 million. For what? More condos? Isn’t it more fun to live in condos when you can walk to little places like this for lunch? I think we have enough condos.
