How do employers keep a record of employees performance?

This was the problem I was talked they had. Almetric was using Excel to track the performance of all of their employees having difficult moments to organize and find data so I decided in collaboration with Pictech to create a better way to check those details.

Unfortunately, due to internal policies, the project did not go farther but at least we let them know that their system could be a lot better than it is.
