Driver Acquisition campaign for Bennet International Group

From the creative brief for this campaign:
Because of the increasing need for truck drivers and the shortage, Bennett International Group is earnestly looking for interested parties. The need is for committed, flexible, skilled workers. It can take time to train new drivers, so it would be ideal to find candidates who could continue to serve the company and have opportunities to advance. In addition, many truck drivers are retiring and Bennet would benefit from creating a sustainable workforce.
The strain on these drivers emotionally and physically can also take a big toll and turn people away. For this reason, Bennett would have better luck keeping drivers if candidates were young, healthy, and free of life commitments.
Bennet should be targeting a young flexible workforce to fill their ever increasing demand for trained, reliable, loyal drivers.
