Unused Logo Concept

An unused idea for a recent client, a job search app. The main idea behind this icon was "the one". Employers are constantly looking for the right person, that one in a crowd that is the right person to bring on board. This logo concept was bringing that to the forefront, surrounding that one person and really making them stand out.
